Seven17 Outfitters is owned by Doug Dowden, a wildlife enthusiast who graduated from McNeese State University with a science degree in Wildlife Management. In combination of his passion for waterfowl hunting and love for Louisiana's beautiful nature scenes, Doug has dedicated years to offer wildlife experiences for generations to come.
